How to Measure Your Head for a U-Part Wig:

1. Circumference: Measure around your head starting from your forehead, just above your eyebrows, and wrapping around to the back of your head where your hairline starts.

2. Front to Nape: Measure from your hairline at the center of your forehead down to the nape of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear Across Forehead: Measure from the front of one ear, across your forehead, to the front of the other ear.

4. Ear to Ear Over Top: Measure from the top of one ear, over the crown of your head, to the top of the other ear.

5. Temple to Temple Round Back: Measure from the temple area above your ear, across the back of your head, to the temple area on the opposite side.

• As a newly established brand, we may require up to 14 business days for order processing due to our products not being on hand.

Delivery Time:

• Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail and 1-2 business days for USPS Priority Mail Express.

We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
